Stretch and Balance Class

This is for all levels and abilities.

The class will include both seated and standing stretches.

EVERY WEDNESDAY AT 11:30

Know Our Instructor

Kat Wheatley has been a resident of Key Largo for over two decades and has been teaching yoga for the last ten years here in the Upper Keys. She is registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher as well as a Continuing Education Provider of yoga. She is also a Reiki Level II Practitioner, and a Sound Healing Practitioner, and holds certifications in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and SUP Yoga. Kat is comfortable teaching all levels of yoga, from gentle chair yoga to a power flow. She is sensitive to her client's abilities and goals, and her soothing voice is the perfect accompaniment to a guided relaxation meditation or a restful savasana at the end of practice!
